Supplies of 28% are still great, and prices have leveled off. Urea demand is still very high, and prices remain very high. Twin Cities terminals are suffering intermittent supply shortages, and that should continue through the spring. Look for very little price drop between now and late July.

With the information websites like this provide, you can see the number of satellites available to you during the day and plan your GPS activity around any poor coverage times.
